In August 2011, the ILC adopted the Guide to Practice on Reservations to Treaties submitted to the General Assembly as a part of the Commission’s Report covering the work of that session (A/66/10, Add.1 – 630 p.). The Guide will appear in Yearbook of the International Law Commission, 2011, vol. II, Part Two (2). The guidelines adopted by the ILC are annexed to General Assembly Resolution 68/111 of 16 December 2013.
